Nitinol Wire Forms

Most nitinol wire forms are manufactured by tooling a specific fixture dedicated to the final shape of the form. The wire is then wrapped and wound around the fixture and locked into place. This fixture is then heated in an oven at a specific temperature to set the form in place. Motion Dynamics has modified our CNC and automated technology to form and heat set a nitinol component in one process, thus offering faster production, less costs and better precision. Even the most complex configurations are available.
